America..fck no!
How bad is America?? Whether it be healthcare, guns, education, political corruption or in this case the justice system!! a second world country wouldn't have half as many issues. I hope this poor man eventually gets justice, what little is left of his life to enjoy. The US should be ashamed of itself

fascinating true crime
really interesting listen although very depressing. the story was a bit drawn out but I stuck with it. didn't realise there wasn't a resolution or I wouldn't have listened.

Eye opener
This podcast is a true eye opener into the absurdities of the US legal system and how it can be used corruptly to keep a man in prison for a lifetime

savage... amazing work shining light on this issue
savage... shameful shortsighted dishonest judges. What an absolutely horrendous demonstration of a clearly flawed and sickly system. Brilliant well worth a listen

Emotional journey
I enjoyed this podcast. learnt about terms I had heard a lot but did not quite understand. Emotional to know Chris has been waiting for a fair trial. Clive is a hero. Sonya, God bless you. Everyone needs someone to fight for them. I hope they get and enjoy the German shepherd.

Wow
Such a compelling story. You start of thinking ok this case is a bit off. Taking twists and turns and interweave some cartels. Ending off with such a frustrating miscarriage of justice.

A shocking true story
I did not know this story before listening to this book but I will never forget it. One man's life has been destroyed taking with it those who care for Kris. Clive, his lawyer has struggled to get justice and been knocked back continually, he has fought for justice for over 30 years and the fight goes on. This book is well written and well narrated.

An indictment of the American Legal System
A well told story, I was hoping for a happy ending. A very sad indictment of what started in court as a conflict of interest by a judge.

Absolutely astounding and heartbreaking
Heartbreaking and amazing at the same time. The two presenters not only have a detailed understanding of the USA judicial system, and take the time to explain this, but also an absolutely brilliant chemistry. Is it told from an unbiased perspective?... nope. But the evidence is pretty clear in my mind. I also absolutely fell in love with Clive and hope Kris can make it home to his wife one day.
