A sad but great listen!
Sad and necessary, but still very disappointing to see the level of incompetence and cover up culture that existed, so many young people keen to risk their life for the country, failed by it!

Harrowing
Harrowing for all concerned and shameful that it was covered up for so long answers still needed.

An eye opening story.
A tragic story, a worrying list of events. In my opinion after listening to this report, there are so many agencies and individuals who should be thoroughly investigated.

Difficult subject handled well
Shocking history which the establishment has tried to keep a lid on for decades. This podcast gets it out there and does it well.

Great Podcast, shame about the subject. RECCOMMEND
This Podcast has been one of the most difficult I have chosen to listen too, due to its subject matter. However, over the various chapters, the amount of information obtained (by the Podcasters) and the way it was pervade to the listener was excellent and they should be commended..
I hope that all involved were satisfied with how the Podcast was structured and the way it has been received.
Personally I feel that its a pity more was not done by those who should/could have for the people/families involved.

The report had interesting content but repetitive
The report on what happened was insightful but I think the podcast could have been condensed further. It seems the investigative journalism uncovered very, very little which leaves the podcast lacking, unfortunately. Dialog from families of the deceased was heartbreaking, but even more heartbreaking for them is the meagre amount of any new information. I guess this in turn led to repetition or to quote "to put it another way..." as we're told the same thing in slightly different language, or unnecessary explainations of very commonly used trends or acronyms (again, sometimes more than once!) So it's worth a listen, but I would not go out my way to recommend.
