  • Welcome back to the podcast where research and knowledge are secondary to the ramblings of an old man and the occasional interjection of his teenage son.

    In order to keep things fresh around here, there is a slight format change for the podcast, involving less detailed research into the sports events of the week, and more of a catch up conversation which is allowed to go in whatever direction it takes.

    As a result, today's episode not only includes a discussion on the recently completed Olympic Games from Paris, NRL and AFL devastating results on the same night at the same time, cricket from around the globe and on the home front, but also a discussion on shark movies, music and podcast dissection, and even the planning for retirement. Something for everyone.
