After a bit of delay, I want to introduce the first official episode of the MVG Podcast.  This was recorded in April of 2019. Bi-weekly, I will release episodes and walk you through my entrepreneurial journey, childhood experiences, and life in South Africa. 

In LA, I struggled to build my avocado product business and it forced me to grow and heal. I needed to commit to boxing with Gift Davis/ hot yoga and support from loved ones, my clients, and tribe in LA kept me going during the difficult moments. 

Our guest, Gift Davis, is a phenomenal human, artist (painting and tattoos) that lives what he preaches. He is an inspiration to many artists in LA, his murals are throughout the city of LA and his work and life's work/message has transformed many lives internally and externally throughout the globe.
