Monique is a high-performance physiotherapist and certified strength and conditioning coach at WA Sports Performance. Prior to moving to Perth, she worked at the renowned Athletes Authority in Sydney, where she supported the NRL and NRLW West Tigers, the Under 19s Women’s State of Origin, and Moto Sports Centres. On top of her professional accomplishments, Monique has also competed in multiple CrossFit Games qualifiers for the Oceania region and played AFL with Macquarie University in the AFL Sydney Competition.
