  • Nik and Eva Speakman talk through why what a bully does says more about them than it does about you. They’re joined by presenter, author, and DJ Gok Wan, who recalls his experiences of being belittled and called names at school, but explains why those incidents of bullying have shaped him into the compassionate, giving person he’s known as today. Together they all share how they’ve personally been able to turn negative experiences of both physical and mental bullying into positives, ultimately coming out the other side with as more confident people.

Really cool episodes

I have seen these on ‘this morning’ so I thought I would have a listen to these as I have complex PTSD and I’m hooked… I feel like I know them much better and love their chit chat together
