This episode I managed to get the lovely and intelligent Liana Nici to spare some time from her busy schedule and join me on the pod. The knowledge this woman has is outstanding and the values she lives by and shares is making big changes to others in the world. Liana is a dietitian and most recently taken up a role in the AFL working alongside the playing group. She chats about what it's like working with both average individuals and high performance athletes and how they have similarities but differ at the same time, and what she has seen change in the dieting world with her 10 years of working in the field so far. I finally sat down and opened up about myself on my own podcast. Jye my co-host on 'The Couldabeens' took over the host duties which allowed me to discuss how I've gotten to here. I talk about my love and passion for cricket, losing and finding my purpose, and just how important mental health has on each and every one of us. I do discuss some experiences on mental health that might be triggering for some people. Colin is a stand up comedian here in Perth making his mark in the comedy industry. An absolutely funny bloke that just loves a chat along with a few appropriate (and inappropriate) jokes.
