It has deep heart and soul, and it teaches values that just aren't taught in movies today. That being said, the film does have its moments where we ask "Is some of the dialogue a bit too monologued, and does that take people away from the immersion of the film?" We also ask "Is this another example of a toxic love story between two main characters; did Peter and MJ really deserve each other?" Finally, Oli initiates a fun bonus question - "Have you ever cried during a movie before, and if so, what movies were they?"

We look at the dilemma that the Green Goblin put Spider-Man in, where he had to choose to save his love, MJ, or a group of children, and in doing so, we ask ourselves the same question from the classic philosophical trolley problem - Save a loved one, or save a group of random strangers? We also analyse the iconic upside down Spider-Man kiss and wonder "Is MJ in the wrong for doing this, as she was dating Harry at the time?" As a matter of fact, there are a lot of questionable things MJ does in this film... all which you can discover as you listen to this episode!
