    Heather had all the most classic HA traits around diet and exercise... but still was stuck on this PCOS diagnosis that her doctors gave her and medicated her for.

    When we started working together, we actually hard to reverse off of the metformin and bring in our foundstriational HA recovery strategies. If you struggle with figuring out if it's HA or PCOS, we got you!

    Topics also discussed are the under-eating-over-eating cycle, over exercising, being overly busy with life and provera or progesterone challenge and being recommended fertility treatment instead of natural conception.
