    Conclusions

    Current adventures

-Bumble, what a waste of time

    -4th of July plan

-Renegade, country bar so much fun

    -Palm desert

    -Gene bottle johnnie walker blue

    -Pool he kicked my ass

-went out Saturday night missed opportunities

-deep dive into trip which leads into rubber band ball analogy

    Rubber Band Ball Analogy

    -Motivation not adventure

    -healing through new experience

-at the core is your childhood

-every experience is a rubber band

-the more unique the bigger the band

-weddings, anniversaries this are the big ones

-adding someone into you life is like putting a smaller core in then the rubber bands wrap them all

-combined experiences wrap around the core most positive usually a good thing

-Sometimes it goes bad and you have to cut out one of your core people

-scissors to cut out that ball that you wrapped around your core

-ball stays together but frayed ends

-IMO the best way to get rid of frayed ends is new experiences

-why I am taking the year to heal and grow

    Gear

-1st pack happened think I have it together but will break this out into its own episode following this with videos

    -Prelude…. Just talk

    Travel plan updates:

    - getting closer almost through my work

    - house almost on the market

    - gear bought

    - Vietnam volunteer experience 85%

    Books

    Unfuck Yourself (John Gary Bishop)

    -Gifted the book

    -Kindle

-points for me is the self talk

    -Call to action

-No one is going to do it for you

-later half was confidence and moving out of your comfort zone

Factfulness (Ten reasons we’re wrong about the world and why things are better than you think) Hans Rosling & family

    -spoke to me

    -slowly gradually improving

-world is better today then 20 years ago

-favorite part is 35% of the book is reference data

-take the 13 question test and tell me how you did

    Conclusion

-get out of your comfort zone and do something different

-only you can change your reality

-if you want to change look inward first then find the resources

-stop wasting time on shit that doesn’t matter
