Praying for God’s shalom, the Hebrew word for peace, is scriptural; Psalm 122:6 NIV "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure. " Praying for Hamas is also scriptural: John 13:34-35 "34 “A new command I give you: Love one another.
