Follow the journey of this middle aged, first responder who is an empty nester and trying to figure out what the hell happens now. We will talk about health, nutrition, mental health, maneuvering through life's stages with at least a little bit of style and grace...and how to recovery when all of that falls to shit. This show is part self care for me and part teaching you what I have found works and what doesn't. Hopefully it will be a whole lotta me learning from others because I surely don't have all the answers.

We have attempted to provide a platform for a dialogue with all stakeholders including parents, children with disabilities, adults with disabilities, teachers, counselors, school leaders, researchers and other professionals. It will be a series of 7 plus recorded episodes in which we will be discussing the politics, emotions, systemic injustices, aspirations, challenges, lived experiences, apprehensions, innovations and information on making active learning accessible to children with disabilities.
