Adam Segal is Maurice R. Greenberg Senior Fellow for China Studies and Director of the Digital and Cyberspace Policy Program at the Council on Foreign Relations. He is the author of two books on Asia and technology, and his writing has appeared in publications such as Financial Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Foreign Affairs, Asian Wall Street Journal, and International Herald Tribune.
