Alex was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. He completed his BA in Communications and was awarded an MA in Philosophy of Religion. He launched a Christian Apologetics ministry in Scotland, and later, the family relocated to the USA to relaunch this work and extend its reach around the world. Alex's first book "A Jigsaw Guide to Making Sense of the World" was published in 2012 (InterVarsity Press). It's a great resource for teaching truth, tolerance and critical thinking, and Alex has taught this material in a dozen countries. "A Jigsaw Guide to the Meaning of Life" was published in 2016. It's a beautifully illustrated coffee table book that creatively tells the story of one girl's journey to find answers to life's ultimate questions. Alex is married to Sheryl, the couple have three children (Sophia, Moriah and Asher), and the family live in California, USA.
