In addition to being an author, Alex is a podcaster, speaker, avid backpacker, and sales professional. Alex has hiked over 8,000 miles (and counting!) since 2017, mostly in the Western United States. His hikes include the Pacific Crest Trail, the Timberline Trail, and summits of San Jacinto Peak and Humphreys Peak, the highest point in Arizona at 12,633 feet. He has a passion for helping people break through their self-imposed limits and realize their unlimited potential. His writing is designed to inspire people to make the most of their limited time on this planet. Alex has been a sales executive and consultant for the last 20+ years. When he's not hiking or helping people and companies grow, he can be found in San Diego, California, playing hockey or brewing craft beer in his garage. He is a proud husband and father of four, including two sons serving in the United States Military (USMC and USAF).
