Alexander “Woody” Woodrow is an original member of the rock band, Our Last Night, one of the largest independent bands in the world with over two million fans. He believes we are here to be of service and to give others the tools to rock at life. For the longest time, he didn't believe in himself. He didn't think he was valuable. Upon his discovery of mindful tools such as yoga and meditation, he began to develop his confidence, his creativity, and his self-expression. His attitude is one of inclusion, dissolving negativity and empowering capability. He lives life’s biggest secret: we rise not in isolation but together, by lifting others. Everyone for Woody is unique, special, and important. On tour, he enjoys hosting meetups and yoga classes all over the world. From his experience came the book YOU ARE THE ROCK STAR, a self-help guide with a rock and roll vibe. In it, he shares stories from life on the road as well as the techniques he's found to be most helpful in rocking our dreams and feeling damn good in the process. He currently lives in Nashville, TN.
