Angela is an avid and passionate spiritual helper who spends most of her time exploring the magical worlds of spirituality. Her interests include energy healing, meditation, crystals, trauma release work, connecting with the archangels, and much, much more. She works tirelessly to discover and share new spiritual practices and subjects in which the practitioner can skyrocket their joy and push their happiness and freedom to the ultimate limits. Angela’s books have helped countless spiritual seekers and energy healers across the globe question their reality and see how far they can excel their joy and “step into their power” by implementing her unique practices. Having spent many years in an aggressively painful dark night of the soul herself, Angela sympathizes fully with the suffering her readers may be experiencing on their spiritual paths and seeks for them to grasp the simple healing concepts she displays in her work. She is often quoted as saying, “if it worked for me, a regular girl with a regular life, then I know it will inevitably work for you!” Angela’s teachings often contain much trauma-release work, which allows the reader to “make space” for life energy to flow and their spiritual awakening to flourish quickly and beautifully. She believes in her “fast track” method for spiritual awakening, wherein the reader is given simple-to-follow spiritual practices to incorporate into their day. She believes results follow rapidly when the peripheral noise and confusion commonly attached to spiritual teachings is bypassed, and the reader is able to focus on what actually works. When Angela is not busy writing her next book to share with the world, she can be found hanging out with her cats at home and enjoying a good book. Angela’s hobbies also include painting, yoga, and fitness.
