Anton D. Morris's adventurous life took him from Chicago's Southside to a suburban life before joining the military after high school. He was an NCAA athlete, high school teacher, and coach. He joined the Teachers As Scholars organization and founded the Black Student Scholars at a Chicago College Preparatory High School. He became involved in local politics and gained first-hand knowledge of civil inequalities. After moving to Las Vegas, Morris worked in the medical transportation industry. He began to pursue his dream of writing novels and short stories under a warm sun and palm trees. Using money he won from trading stocks on Wall Street, he self-published Men, DJinn, and Angels: Awakening in 2017. After visiting a slave plantation in New Orleans, Morris was inspired to move away from his paranormal and esoteric fiction writing to contemporary fiction. In November 2020, he will self publish his second novel, Exposed: Humanity Craves Power. When not writing, Morris is busy checking off his bucket list with his wife. That list includes a visit to every MLB stadium and every major college football bowl game.
