Ben Lichtenwalner helps companies implement and improve their leadership development programs. He achieves this work through writing, consulting, training, and keynote engagements. Mr. Lichtenwalner is the Founder of Radiant Forest, LLC where they conduct unique research on people leadership trends and opportunities. Combining 20 years of corporate IT management and leadership experience with this research, Ben delivers innovative and energetic books, keynotes, seminars, and workshops. He is the author of the critically acclaimed book, “Paradigm Flip: Leading People, Teams, and Organizations Beyond the Social Media Revolution”, as well as "Words to Lead By", and the top 30 leadership blog, The Modern Servant Leader. Ben’s background includes a B.S. in Management Science & Information Systems from Penn State University and an MBA from Lehigh University. In addition, he has the real-world practice and experience to connect with audiences. His experience spans leading business and technology teams for great organizations like Whirlpool Corporation and Teach For America, as well as other Fortune 500 companies, consultancies, and several entrepreneurial and INC 500 firms. At home, Lichtenwalner lives in West Michigan with an amazing wife and three active, young boys. He enjoys coaching their sports and wrecking his mountain bikes. He has a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work, as well as combating world hunger. The Lichtenwalner family sponsors children in Haiti and the Dominican Republic through Compassion International and Food for the Hungry. Ben also serves as an Elder in the Reformed Church of America and participates on corporate and nonprofit boards.
