I have been described in various ways: author, editor, speaker, scholar, practitioner, leader, Soldier, warrior, and patriot. My favorite description, however, is Master Storyteller. I retired in 2014 as a US Army Colonel. I took my nearly 32 years of military leadership and management experiences, including three combat tours in Iraq and applied my expertise to my Business Leadership and Management Consulting company, MyWingman, LLC. At MyWingman, LLC, “We Help Leaders Design Legacies That Last" (c) 2015 through several Lines of Business. These include leadership and management development, organizational planning, corporate training and speaking, government contracting, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) training, and writing, editing, publishing and promoting services referred to as Legacy Expression. Legacy Expression has been a constant in my business since the beginning. In 2023, we helped transform four writers into authors by editing, cover design, and publishing four books: - Sunshine for Your Soul: Life, Love, & Lessons Learned by Dr. Chelsea Carter - Dragonflies and Orange Day Ballons by Dr. Yvonne RB-Banks - Prayer Time Calendar and Journal by Terry L. From Saddam Hussein to Weapons of Mass Destruction to Al Qaeda in Iraq, Book I - Into the Storm, written as Colonel Burl Randolph, Jr., U.S. Army (Retired) - Bible Light Snack by Rev P.W. Harris My writing, editing, publishing, and promoting portfolio includes: - Can God Trust You with Trouble?, published in 2015 as the coauthor to Pastor Rev Stanley Moore’s riveting personal tragedy. - No Disruptions: The Future of Mid-Market Manufacturing by Andrea Olson as editor. - Inspired, Not Retired: Leadership Lessons from Father to Son in 2019 as Dr. Burl Randolph, Jr. - Inspired, Not Retired ebook was published in 2020 as the author. - Inspired, Not Retired: The Audiobook, narrated by Jerome Ware was released in February 2022. - The Inspired, Not Retired Workbook: A Guide to Developing Your Leadership Lessons was published in March 2022. - Can God Trust You with Trouble? Hardcover, March 2023. - Inspired, Not Retired: Leadership Lessons from Father to Son, Hardcover, April 2023.
