Hello, my name is David Cooley. I’m 29 and love to write rhythm poetry that is Christian influenced. I have a family of 5, and love spending time with them! Writing has always been a part of my soul and I hope you can connect with my work! Here’s a sample . Count your blessings, name them one by one, instead of counting troubles, see what God has done. Even when things aren’t going your way , repeat your blessings day by day. Instead of complaining about a situation you can’t control, remember the most high , who to whom we owe it all. Make a list of what he’s done , and know he will do it again! Waymaker, you are my best friend. Even on a troubled day, or a situation you can’t control, remember the air you breathe is a blessing, often we forget , in the midst of troubles , we usually resort to doubt and throw a fit . Jesus doesn’t want us to live like this, instead replace it with a blessing list , so count them down write it out! Tell the world so people will see , that Jesus Christ has been sufficient in all his deeds . He died a terrible death to pay for our sins , that’s a blessing we shall never forget. So if you’re in a situation that seems out of control, remember he opened the doors before! Never forget to praise his name a grateful heart attracts amazing things , all in all I want you to see , worldly possessions don’t mean a thing . Lift his name and sing it loud , don’t let a dim situation control your soul. Soon we will perish and all will see , that our lord and savior is really king. Keep your faith , and don’t you doubt , you’re in the palm of his hand , the apple of his eye, the lords favor surrounds us like a cloud ! Don’t fret or be weary, he has a special blessing waiting for you dearly!
