J.C Ragner is the author of Crush your insecurities. About JC, He was always curious about human behavioral psychology. Why people act in a certain way, how people’s emotions run, how one can handle their emotions etc. Since his teenage years, he was a shy kid who always wanted to avoid social interaction. He always felt like a nerd who never really fit in. Too afraid to talk to anyone, too shy to make eye contact, and parties were a constant struggle. Even though he was socially anxious, he was always fascinated by how humans have this endless supply of creative solutions to solve complicated problems throughout their everyday lives. What motivates them, and what makes them feel certain emotions and act in a certain way and vary from person to person? But things had transformed in his life when he realized that running away wasn’t a very creative or effective solution to his complicated life problem. Instead, he had to find a way to overcome his situations. So he decided to face his fears and learn from them. It was the first step toward his transformation. And after that, he never stops. His newfound self-assurance inspired him to study human psychology and behavior, which he has been doing for a decade, and now he is willing to share his experiences with the world through his books. He mainly focuses on human behavior, thoughts, emotions, and the root causes behind them. And how we can transform our life by understanding them. The author is a huge believer in personal transformation. He believes that anyone can transform their lives with the right mindset, courage, and consistency.
