Jamal started his career in hospital medicine and transitioned to primary care with a focus on disease prevention. Prior to medicine, Jamal worked as a social worker and elementary school teacher. Through his mission work in Haiti and El Salvador, Jamal developed a passion for integrating prayer into medicine. Dr. Jamal believes fervently in the power of the Word of God to improve health.
