I have been writing about my experiences since I was ten years old, creating a story about a sensitive girl going through her parent's sudden divorce called Growing Pains. Telling this story helped me to digest what I couldn't share with my own parents in a vulnerable way. Sharing through writing as a soul scribe has always been a way for me to digest my own experiences of awakening, emotional/spiritual healing and the Ascension process. The process of writing is where the investment is for me. The seeking of each word to match what is happening in the heart or coming through the soul. The putting one word after the other until it magically seems to manifest into an entire book! The connection I feel to the Divine when ultimately whatever I am sharing it surrendered to grace. The creative process phase of writing is fulfilling on its own. Then, there is a divestment in the book as it goes out to be published and shared. It is like birthing a baby and letting them go. And then when there is a matching resonance in others to what I am sharing and a sense of true help or inspiration ignited by my words, there is a genuine joy and fulfillment that bubbles up in my heart at another level. Each of my books represents a phase in my spiritual awakening journey and parts work identification/healing process. Keep Waking UP! shares the tender and catalytic activations of soul that found me journeying in meditation to Avalon, other dimensions/planets/realities, with much personal digestion along the way. Sacred Human, Arising Wonder is a compilation of writings shared on social media, my blog and metaphysical websites over a prolific writing period in 2017. Bliss Mess is the second round of writings that year, along with personal sharings as well. Free To Be 5D is my most recent book baby written alone and the one that most overviews what I have discovered, learned, and expanded in myself through the Divine Self Embodiment (formerly SoulFullHeart) quantum healing process and way of life I have been offering in 1:1 sessions and in groups since 2012. It is the book that I knew I would eventually write and needed to write in order to digest all of the sessions that I had witnessed and all the insights that had been inspired by the brave women in them...and by my community. And, most recently, I have published a memoir Under The Bloated Banyan with my husband of many years, Raphael Awen, sharing about our years before coming together and first challenging year as a couple together moving from false light to true love within a cult group.
