Joyce Owaga Mulama is an advanced practicing Registered Nurse in the USA. For over a decade she has practiced at various medical institutions and is currently based at the Veterans Medical Hospital in Columbia SC. She is also a home health care nurse and an educator, a talented and enthusiastic freelance public speaker and author of "Caregiving: The momentum of a Decision".
