Even though I have used an admittedly provocative title, I have the book full of gentle nudges to move you forward with specific actionable suggestions backed by referenced research and scientific studies. In fact, BookAuthority says it is "One of the best Breakup books of all time". You can see the list on their website under Breakup books. PLEASE NOTE A website referenced in the printed book listed as "GuyVorce - The Man's Ultimate Source For Everything Divorce" was online up until 2019 when the book was printed. As of 2020, the website appears to be no longer active and is no longer recommended as a resource.
