Born in San Sebastián (1970), Maite R. Ochotorena trained as a screenwriter for film and television and has worked for many years as a creative in the video game sector. However, her true passion has always been writing novels. Inspired in her imagination by Edgar Allan Poe, Agatha Christie, Stephen King or Alexandre Dumas, this author, a lover of adventure, mystery and terror, began writing numerous short stories of the genre that you can find on her blog. With her first novel "The Secret of Belle Nuit", the author made the definitive leap into the literary world. This first work was followed by its outcome, "Fourneau's Shadow", "The Fate of Ana H.
