Mark Forstater (born 1943, dying daily) was brought up in Philadelphia, and moved to England in 1964 to attend Manchester University. A successful and award-winning film producer (Monty Python and The Holy Grail and 30 other productions), Mark has also turned his hand to TV, radio and audio production.
