Selling gum, running paper routes and mowing lawns was the start of Matt Smith’s entrepreneurial career. Today Matt is Founder and owner of many businesses including Snooze Mattress Company, the largest Snap Fitness (Pueblo) in the world, Wakeup Marketing and a commercial and residential real estate investor and developer. Matt has started and sold 5 other businesses in completely different industries, and has a genuine love and passion for business and people. A Pueblo, Colorado native, Matt is engaged with various community organizations. and is a mentor for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He and wife Jenny have three wonderful children; Parker 6, Paisley 5, and Parker almost 2 years old. Matt’s family are his WHY, his driving force. His daily habits and choices revolve around his family and having fun both at home and at work. In his bestselling book Cereal Dad Preneur, Matt shares many lessons and stories to help entrepreneurs balance wealth building, work and family as much as possible. While there is never complete balance, Matt and Jenny ensure that they spend out of school hours together and take many family trips to their mountain home and trips overseas. Matt is also a co-author of the USA Today & WSJ best selling book Authority. During the time of writing Cereal Dad Preneur Matt was being followed around by the Discover Channel’s Undercover Billionaire, where he can be seen starting a business from scratch with billionaire Grant Cardone.
