Hello there, Thank you for visiting my page and reading a little more about me. My name is Mike, and I am a neuroscientist from the UK, currently living in California. I studied for a BSc, MSc, and PhD and now work to learn more about how the brain works. I have recently written my first book 'A Million Things To Ask A Neuroscientist - the brain made easy' because I wanted to lift up the curtain and show people, regardless of scientific background, just how amazing the brain can be. I wanted to simplify it and answer all the questions that people had. I am really excited for people for finally get to read it. When I am not wearing the white lab coat, or sat at a computer writing, I love to be outdoors. I like hiking and mountaineering, and generally just being in the hills and enjoying nature.
