We are the duo behind Morgan Emerson Fox, a husband and wife team who have ventured into the realms of urban fantasy, weaving tales that we hope not only entertain but resonate on a deeper level with our readers. Our journey into writing began as a shared passion, a way to create worlds and explore the complexities of characters and narratives together. During the dark days of the pandemic, we were running out of novels to read, Audiobooks and podcasts to listen to, so we tried writing as a creative and emotional outlet. Writing under a pseudonym has allowed us to blend our voices, thoughts, and ideas into a singular stream of storytelling that reflects both our imaginations. It’s a partnership that challenges and inspires us, pushing us to delve deeper into the intricacies of plot and character development. Coming from different backgrounds, we bring diverse perspectives to our writing. This diversity is our strength, allowing us to approach our stories from unique angles and infuse our narratives with varied insights and emotions. Our process is very much a collaborative one, where every plot twist, character, and line of dialogue is born out of joint creativity and mutual respect for each other’s ideas. Our series, the Hidden Legacy Chronicles, is particularly close to our hearts. It’s a testament to our belief in the power of stories to transport, transform, and transcend. Beyond the Pages The themes we explore in our novels—loss, love, the search for identity, and the fight against division—reflect our own observations and experiences. We wish to dedicate our writings as a tribute to those who have shaped us: our parents, children, friends, and the family we choose.
