Pamela Furr is the founder of Puzzle Box Academy and Kaleidoscope Interventions. She is a seasoned educator, holding a degree in early childhood education. She is well-versed in regulations regarding reimbursement of insurance plans regarding child therapy services, having worked as a licensed insurance agent and adjuster for over two decades. In 2007, Furr left behind the finance and insurance industry when her son was diagnosed with Autism. Since then, she has dedicated her life to the education and early intervention treatment of children and their families on the Autism spectrum. As a leader, Pamela has identified her ability to inspire and motivate our team as a fundamental strength, recognizing its impact not only on her employees but also on the families she serves. She has also underscored her capacity to make timely and confident decisions, based on a deep understanding of all the departments within the corporation, and to act as a role model for her staff. In addition, Pamela has demonstrated creativity in developing internal onboarding and training programs for her staff, with initiatives celebrating diversity and fostering critical thinking. She has created opportunities for those looking to start a career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis by providing paid Registered Behavior Technician training. From her personal experience, she understands the needs of the community she serves to provide this support. She has been recognized by external organizations for her achievements as a business owner, author, and for her work in Applied Behavior Analysis. Pamela’s achievements as a leader in the last five years include pioneering evidence-based strategies for accelerating academic achievements and leading Puzzle box Academy to growth and scale during economic challenges while maintaining high-quality programs. She has also been recognized as an industry leader in education and behavior analysis and has been sought after as a thought leader in building sustainable and profitable businesses.
