Ralf M. Ruthardt, born in 1967, holds a degree in business administration (FH) and has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years. He has been involved in innovations for the automation of business processes - including those based on artificial intelligence - and in sociology. Ruthardt has successfully founded several start-ups and worked as a board member or managing director in innovative companies. As an author, Ruthardt expresses his observations and analyses in his prose in a differentiated and open-ended way. He seeks to change perspectives in order to find reconciliation, consensus and thus solutions. - Ruthardt sees the current socio-political challenges in Germany as a challenge and contributes to a constructive discourse with his publications. His novel "Das laute Schweigen des Max Grund" (The Loud Silence of Max Grund) is highly topical and allows the middle of society to have its say. Ruthardt's prose contributions can be found in the cultural magazine eXperimenta, among others. Ralf M. Ruthardt sees himself as a "dialog pioneer": he de-escalates complex situations, whether in projects or in other contexts. He contributes his solution- and consensus-oriented communication skills.
