He first tried his hand at telling his own tales while in grade school, and it was during this time when he first heard, by his educators, that one could do anything they set their mind to. Rico believed them, and to this day, some thirty-five years later, he's still as passionate about the art and craft of storytelling as ever before, sharing his enthusiasm by writing stories that engage, excite, and enlighten.
