Rose Rowe has been dedicated to the sleep health of kids and adults for over 12 years. As a sleep consultant she worked with many parents to fix their and their kids sleep issues. She wrote a book to help parents learn more about their child’s sleep and how to develop healthy sleep habits. Together with her own mindfulness meditation practice Rose became more and more interested in learning how to calming our busy minds. Since mindfulness is a scientifically proven way to slow down our brain’s default mode network, the results to find a better sleep balance speak for themselves. Rose recently wrote several other books to introduce children to mindfulness as they can benefit from it tremendously. Currently she’s working on an audiobook range with sleep stories for grown-ups.
