Sahar is an online Intuitive Life Mentor, Holistic Therapist & healer with over thirty of experience in the self-help field. Sahar combines several modalities to create an individual mentoring approach tailored to her client’s needs. Her mentoring methodology is holistic, rebalancing all aspects of being human, she refers to as “The Four Dimensions of Change: Body, Emotions, Mind and Accountability to Actions (BEMA); to become “skilful creators” of the reality they desire. Sahar has also been acknowledged three times as “One of the Best 100 Psychics in the World”. She appeared on BBC 2; Asharq Bloomberg TV, London’s LBC radio, CNN radio, Dubai’s EYE, and received regular press coverage from various international magazines including Woman’s Own, and London’s Evening Standard. Born in Cairo and educated in the US, England and France; she studied Civil Engineering and Business Administration and started her career in Advertising and Marketing handling high-end international brands; but her instincts are artistic. She writes poetry, much of which has been published in various poetry magazines. Experiencing the trauma of war during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990 was a major turning point in her life. Such an unexpected trauma provoked many questions about destiny versus free will, changed her outlook on life and her beliefs; and forged her interest in personal awareness and spiritual Sahar’s Vision “I BELIEVE: That we can all be the best version of ourselves. I believe that most of us, nowadays, feel that have an inexplicable void although our lives are “busy”, jam-packed with stuff to validate what we think is our identity. I believe that the change within everyone, as they align with their life-path, sends ripple effects to all those around them, because the self is the building block of the many.” We label difficult times as struggles, when they are an opportunity to pay attention to what we need to address, where we are out of alignment; to resolve these issues. This ‘struggle’ path leads us to happiness and fulfilment when we accept that our life is a consequence of how we operate. Enter self-awareness. Often, we seek the right solution for the wrong problem. We end up dressing the wound but not infecting it or arriving at the root cause of our struggle.
