Hi there! My name is Shivani Batra. I'm what you might call a "Meditation Guru". I grew up in Bengaluru, India and practiced meditation for as long as I can remember. I was brought up in a very spiritual household that prioritized inner work. This childhood routine eventually became my life long hobby and career. I've now dedicated my life to teaching the ancient art of meditation for a variety of different physical and mental conditions. Together with my team, we've been able to fuse the latest scientific research with mind and body synchronicity practices for optimal healing, mindfulness, and transcendence.
