Susan Olubunmi has a Master’s degree in Geophysics, and a second Master’s degree in Education - she has authored different publications in the academic world. Susan also has training in leadership practices with the Franklin Covey Group. She is an author, speaker, mentor, and coach. As a learning consultant, and a leadership training expert, Susan designs courses (and trains individuals/organizations) on different soft skills necessary for self improvement, personal growth, and mental wellness. With over 10 years experience in researching/studying different components of mental illness/wellness, Susan has mentored/guided several people through their wellness journey! She is passionate about this subject area and continues to research other practical strategies that would be helpful in this regard. She loves to help people develop/maintain mental wellness as a lifestyle. In this book, Susan passionately shares tips that have worked for others in the past, and what she has learnt so far about mental illness/wellness! In her spare time, she organizes humanitarian aid projects to help the needy. She also loves to sing and play the flute. Susan lives in Canada with her husband and two girls.
