Tamela Miles is a practical dreamer and is a multi-published hybrid author of horror with a pinch of romance fiction and spicy paranormal romance. She’s an Altadena, California native and a Los Angeles girl, through and through. Tamela spends much of her time these days as a school psychologist, advocating for children, when she’s not busy fighting the blinking screen cursor as she creates entire worlds with her words. Prior to earning her graduate degree, she could be found working retail jobs in many, many malls as part of the “90s experience”. These days, she’s happiest when she’s writing with various genres of music playing softly in the background, wondering if a particular character in one of her stories should survive until the end and pondering why another character always falls hard for the wicked guys. It's "hands off" for Tomas and Nahla, while she's his witch ward in danger, but the steam between them makes that vow difficult to keep in novella "The Runaway Witch's Kiss".
