Dr. Tao Leigh Goffe is an associate professor of literary theory and cultural history at the City University of New York, Hunter College with a focus on the environmental humanities and geology. An award-winning writer, artists, and historian, she is the executive director of Dark Laboratory - a climate research lab for the study of racial justice through creative technology located on Manhattan's Upper East Side. She was born in London and raised in New York, where she lives and works. Goffe is a fellow at Harvard University Kennedy School.
