​Tracy Gardner is a Mary Higgins Clark Edgar Award nominated mystery fiction author. Gardner also writes compelling women's fiction as Jess Sinclair, her most recent novel acknowledged as a Reader's Choice Book Award Finalist. The author also penned Hallmark/Crown Media's first cozy mystery book series. A Detroit native and mother of three, Gardner is a daughter of two teachers who works as a nurse when not writing. She splits her time between Michigan and Florida's gulf coast, and lives with her husband and a menagerie of spoiled rescue dogs and cats. She is a strong believer in women saving themselves, often with help from ride-or-die besties and plenty of chocolate.
