Well Worth the Listen!

First off - Diana has such a calm and grounding voice. I appreciated the accompanying podcasts to listen to, as well as the PDF journal to follow and fill out. There are so many facets of self-love explored in this book - truly a book to learn from each and every day. This will be one of my regulars to pull out and listen to! Highly recommend.

Love the self love

I love this self love journal. And I like it as an audiobook, the narrators voice is so soothing — perfect for this'! This audiobook also comes with the PDF version so you print out or upload it to like Goodnotes so you can write in it. Also contains QR codes for things such as chakras.

Get back to yourself; give back to yourself!

We're always our worst critics. I think we all self-flagellate and often times we're not even aware of it. But who are we comparing ourselves to? To whose standards are we holding ourselves? I totally agree with the author; there's so much external BS that tells us how to think and feel. This meditative book is a really great start to reconnect with oneself, to trim away the external noise, to settle into being the observer again, where I could sit in awareness. It was a great reset and a renewal. It's sweet and it's simple. Give it a try!

Positive Self-Talk

I have been practicing being more aware of how I talk to myself. I am my own harshest critic. After a stressful day, I get stuck in my bad energy and don't want to revisit my shortcomings. Avoidance has become an unhealthy coping mechanism. Thanks to this audiobook, I have been journaling my emotions. I talk and treat myself better. A necessity.

Diana did a wonderful job bringing this book to life, this audiobook is perfect for before going to sleep and also first thing in the morning, once you get into the routine of listening everyday you start to see the difference in your own attitude and state of mind. we need more book like this.
