Finally a book on SELF LOVE!!

"How to Do Self Love: Breakthrough Unworthiness, Master Self-Confidence and Be Happy Every Single Day" is truly the book that everyone needs! If you cannot love thyself, how can you love others? This book has been a game-changer for me in the sense that I had time to reflect on my own life and truly meditate. The narrator does a GREAT job with a calm and slow-pace to have time to truly digest the information. I find the practical advice in the book very relatable and easy to adapt into day to day routines. I soon found myself pausing in between chapters to truly understand the meaning of self-love; something that sounds so easy yet easily neglected. I cannot share how incredible of a book this is to change your self-doubs to self-love and have a life filled with happiness.

Excellent Guide for Self Love and Happiness

I highly recommend this audiobook! It really dives into how to be happy, how to be present, and how to learn to love and accept yourself. The audiobook gives you techniques and strategies for practicing self-love and also on how to boost your self-esteem. The author goes into different ways you can overcome feeling unworthy and/or badly about yourself and how to stop negative self-talk. This audiobook is uplifting and gives you concrete ways to learn to accept and love yourself, it's a great audiobook.

Excellent book on self love

I really enjoyed listening to this book and it's already making a difference for me! I loved that it combined light spirituality like chakras, learning to listen to your body, and science. The confidence and acceptance tips have been brilliant so far and I like I mentioned I'm feeling the effect! Would definitely recommend.

Inspirational!

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book as it was inspirational and helpful. Diana has made me aware of many things in the past and present that have led to feelings of low confidence and unhappiness and provided solutions for dealing with these feelings to improve self-esteem. There is also a selection of mantras and affirmations to practice that I found very calming and helpful for suppressing feelings of anxiety.

I found the chapter explaining the impacts of ancestry very interesting. I did not know that you can have inherent feelings and psychological traits from your past family, especially your great-grandmother. I found this fact and many others in the book fascinating. Diana also gives a great guide to how to forgive those that caused you trauma and how important this is, not for them, but for you to let go and move on with your life. This book teaches you this lesson and many more, just as valuable. Hence why I highly recommend this book to anyone in need of self-love.
