A tough topic to read or talk about - Very good
I very much enjoyed this book as it was so easy to flow from page to page. Thankfully in simple but straight forward terms I could grasp it. I went over several areas a few times as it was very meaningful for myself. Really wish I had had this book before when my best friend passed away. I had no idea about all the stages one goes through. It helps putting it in perspective from others peoples view point I can now see but at the time when you are going through it, its difficult to see and deal with which has helped. Not just for widows I would say but for everyone. We can all learn something. Great book.
