This is a MUST listen to the victim
I was best friends with a narcissist for over 35 years until I finally decided that the relationship was more work than it should be. Not to mention the way I was insulted, put down, let down, and abused by her. Being a softy I allowed it. She was my friend, so I put up with it. But the truth is..... she never deserved a friend like me. I was and am too good for her. And it is important that we all know our worth. This book is 100% accurate and gives wonderful tips and advice on how to find your self-worth after it's been destroyed by a narcissist. Highly recommend it.

So Empowering and Highly Informative!
The audiobook "Narcissistic Abuse Recovery: A New Life of Beauty & Peace for the HSP" is a beautifully crafted piece of literature by Loralee Jean, who also narrates it in her own calm and compassionate voice that engrosses the listener until the very end. Through personal anecdotes and expert advice, the author explains how highly sensitive persons (HSPs) can recognize the signs of an unhealthy and abusive relationship with a narcissist, break free, and build a healthy one. Jean also presents various strategies and tools to help individuals end these toxic relationships with minimal harm to themselves. The author, therefore, shares habits and coping mechanisms that are useful for healing and building healthy relationships post-abuse. HSPs will find it interesting to learn that they are predominantly INFJs, according to a study presented in the book. Jean concludes the audiobook with essential points for HSPs on their healing journey, including adopting a growth mindset, using positive affirmations to create new pathways, setting boundaries, being authentic, and being careful in choosing and removing people from their lives. This audiobook is a highly informative and empowering guide for HSPs.
