About this listen
The Wilder Brothers from NYT best-selling Author Carrie Ann Ryan continue in this emotionally charged enemies-to-lovers romance.
It took two days for me to know Kendall was the one for me.
And it took two years for me to realize I had to leave in order to protect her.
When I walked away, I told myself it was for the best. But now we work together, and every time we’re in the same room, we end up fighting. If we didn’t, we’d end up naked. Or worse–spilling heartbreaking secrets.
If she knew the truth, she’d either walk away for good or convince me to take a second chance. The first thing would break me, and the second would break her. I can’t let either of those things happen….

Absolutely loved it
Book 2 in Wilder Brother series by Carrie Ann Ryan
Evan is finally getting on with his life. Working with his brothers and finding his passion in the ranch.
Kendal finally settled in being the new chef for the Wilder brother ranch.
It’s been difficult seeing each other everyday mostly because they divorced but neither can be sure why.
This book is utterly heartbreaking and completely pulls on your heart.
The narrators for the audiobook Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell was absolutely fantastic and Carrie Ann Ryan know who would be perfect so each character.

A second chance for Evan!
Evan is one of the Wilder boys and he was a mystery to me before this book. He and Kendall were married before she came to work as a Chef for the Wilder. Their whirlwind romance is told in this book but I had to have patience as for the whys of their separation. Kendall and Evan had a spark that wouldn’t fizzle, and after giving in it turned into a roaring fire. I loved their second chance. It made me feel so many things. And the narrators made the listen a greater experience. Loved this!!

Loved Evan & Kendall's story!
Happy to spend more time with the Wilder Family! I loved the sneak peek of Kendall & Evan that we got in One Way Back To Me. Loved getting to know more about them in this story. This story is second chance at it's best! So much hotness between Evan & Kendall! Excellent narration by Joe Arden & Maxine Mitchell.

Brilliant
Carrie Ann Ryan writes the most beautiful and heartbreaking novels possible. There is this sense of hopelessness that comes when you read/listen to all the ways that these people cant be together. It seems too much to overcome but Carrie Ann always seems to find a way to make it believable and so right for them to overcome everything that life throws at them. I love a second chance romance and this one was just spectaucularly well done, full of emotion, heat and chemistry.
The other thing that always pulls me to these books is the family aspect of the books, it is so strong and makes me wish they were my family.
I listened to the Audio version of this and it was just amazing so full of depth and emotion its one that I know I will be listening to again and again .

finally get Kendall and Evans story, loved it
We finally find out why Kendall and Evan divorced, tbh Kendall finally finds out why they got divorced. She's been hurting all this time, wondering and worrying. Evan's been in turmoil since the 'accident" and his souls been crushed.
This story ended me, but in the best way. Loved the fact that Carrie Ann Ryan pulled me in and I was there with them, I could see what they could see, hear what they could hear and feel what they could feel. And the heat level was off the charts. No wonder they married after two days of knowing each other! And that heat and attraction hasn't dimmed in all these years. They have no chance of fighting it, and tbh they don't want to. And I am here for it!
The second book in the Wilder series and I love it so much. Right now I am living at the resort, I am watching all the boys and the ladies dance around each other while I sip my tea.

A great second chance romance!
Always the One for Me by Carrie Ann Ryan is book 2 in The Wilder Brothers Series. This was a wonderful and beautifully written second chance romance. Second-chance is often a harder read for me but I loved how CAR wrote this one and we had just enough of the past to keep me intrigued and wanting to know their present story.
Kendall and Evan had a whirlwind romance years ago but now find themselves divorced yet still fighting their love and attraction. Both characters had emotional wounds and situations they were working through and I loved when Evan came around enough to really communicate with Kendall. I also really enjoy the relationship between the Wilder brothers and how they support and are there for one another.
Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell are fantastic narrators and they really bring out the emotions of Evan and Kendall throughout the story.
