okay
I found it very nice to listen to but there's no actual instructions in it to live by. only quotes and some Gogd advice. worth the 50 minutes though

great content, narration is so so
Stephen Covey is a stalwart of the self-help world so this is a book full of good old-fashioned advice, no gimmicks. Don't let the narration cat the very start put you off as is not robot-esq for long. As it's a short read is recommend it to anyone interested in self-help. It was also included in the subscription so was effectively free
