About this listen
Ayurveda is the oldest known medical science, taking a total holistic approach to life and wellbeing. It brings equilibrium by diving deep into gut health and balancing the three energy forces known as 'doshas'. These doshas give rise to your unique physical, emotional, and mental characteristics.

Clear and enlightening overview of Ayurveda
I really loved this book: I have learnt a lot about Ayurveda (both the content and the narrator are very clear) and it really inspired me. I look forward to putting it into practice!

Great Effort
I liked the balance of information load of the book throughout. It doesn't bore you. best book for an introduction to Ayurveda and enough for anyone who wishes to start their journey towards healthy living. This is my fourth book either on Ayurveda or related to Ayurveda and i find this book to be pleasant start for seekers like me.
Except for the chanting of Gayatri Mantra, which I think the author must learn accurately, everything else is amazing.
Thank you Geeta

Where is the 'accompanying PDF'?
The book is very good but a bit useless without the pdf you are supposed to refer to... I have not received one with the Audible purchase and cannot find it anywhere.

Useful but a bit dull
Lots of useful information, but generally quite difficult to get into as the voice and tone throughout was unchanging in pitch. I'd recommend the book over the audio version perhaps.

Sorry, just not good
I didn’t finish, really disappointed as I love finding out more about Ayurveda, but the format was very dull and just wasn’t interesting enough to keep me engaged. Sorry.
