Life-changing approach to diets

This book is so refreshing compared to others on nutrition. Insightful, engaging and positive, it’s given me a whole new perspective on how to eat. I love the focus on flavour and enjoyment

Nutritious food is delicious food

I totally agree with everything she says. Loved the introduction and what she said about simple food, so captivating. The author makes it sound the opposite of boring or plain
