About this listen

Life is a series of prisons.
And in the end, there’s only death.

Kari Zamora
My father enslaved me. Ruined me. Sold me. Left me to suffer.
Until he rescued me.

Alpha Sven Mickelson of Norse Sector claims to be my savior, to want me to live, and vows to protect me. But I know Alphas can’t be trusted. All he wants is my mating bond. To own me. To make me his.

No one cares what I want. But they will.

Because I have a plan.
One no one will see coming.
And by the time they realize I’m gone, it’ll be too late to chase me.

Sven Mickelson
My destiny is to lead. To own. To possess. I’m an Alpha of significant birthright, and I’m ready to claim what’s mine. Except she continues to deny me.

Omega Kari is broken. Destroyed. A female shredded apart by those she trusted most. And I’m the only one who can piece her back together. If she lets me.

She thinks I’m blind to her conniving ways, but I sense the fighter lurking beneath her fur. I’m daring her to come out to play. Because when she does, I’ll finally be able to stake my claim.

So go on, then, little wolf.
Try to run.
I won’t be far behind.
And together, we’ll burn Bariloche Sector to the ground.

Note: This is a stand-alone shifter romance with omegaverse and dystopian elements.

The narrators we’re amazing, giving us all the emotions.

This was a fantastically emotionally read, now the audio has taken it to another level.

The narrators we’re amazing, giving us all the emotions.

Each book blows me away.

I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the X Clan Series and this one just blew it out of the water!!

Lexi’s really took us in the the deepest and darkest of Kari’s mind, she’s endured so much and knows no better for her life. She is truly broken.

Sven’s mind is made up, his wolf has decided she is it for him, no matter what! He just need to make Kari trust him.

“Patience is a virtue” is definitely the motto for this story, luckily Sven’s got it in spades.

A brilliant book, totally engrossed me from the beginning! With the time line at points running in sync with Winters Arrow, I enjoyed seeing parts from another POV for Winter and Kaz.

Bring on Blood Sector, let’s see what the V Clan are up to.

My favourite

Absolutely amazing Sven and Kari’s story was so emotional Kari was so broken but Sven had the patience to get her through it all. Kari suffered at the hands of her Father and was used by every Alpha she met until Sven he promised no one would hurt her again but she’d lost all trust in Alphas . I can’t wait for the Blood Sector books I think Kieran is going to be fun and he’s going to have a rough ride if he thinks Quinn is going to make his life easy .

All the feelings

Loved it! It gave me all the feelings and emotions, and it's really great balanced so it doesn't drown you in just one for a long period of time.
I truly loved Sven he's amazing, the way he's towards Kari, all the love he gave give me all the warm feelings.
Kari is really strong even when she's broken for all she have endured, and all her feelings and actions are understandable. But she learnt how to slowly move on and fight for what she wanted.
I am really intrigued by Keiran and hope to see more of him in the future.1
The narration continues to be as amazing as all these series have been, with Sarah Puckett and Kale Williams as narrators you cannot expect anything less.

Overall it was a really good book, I dare say my favourite of all of this series.
